For this little boy we or I have prayed gown and hat set. This will be on a long sleeve gown in size newborn and up 7lbs-12lbs the tag says 3m it is the smallest size offered and fits newborn and up. If you would like a size chart please see picture #2. The gown is GREAT for diaper changes.
