SHOGUN™ truly embodies the Echolac concept of East meets West. According to this philosophy, much of human experience and innovation are borne of our travels, and through our openness to one another as well as through our different cultures and experiences.
In line with this philosophy, SHOGUN has been created through a unique collaboration between the Echolac Europe Design Studio, headed up by Mr. Marco Pulga and his creative team in Milano, and visionary Echolac President and CEO, Mr. Elton Zheng together with the rest of the design and engineering team based at company headquarters in Shanghai.
This team has worked with open mind and fighting spirit, really traversing culture, geography, and even time in a way, to create a product that is just great to use, and that will be as beautiful and functional in ten generations as it is right now.
SHOGUN needs to be and is very lightweight and strong thanks in part to some of the best in space-age materials such as EchoLite™ polycarbonate formed through our unique processes and high-grade aluminium.
You can also really find beauty in so many details of SHOGUN. With elements such as the satin-finished, bespoke A-BEAM™ corner reinforcements in aluminium, genuine leather handles, advanced colour matching techniques, luxurious textiles in the inside, and design lines that flow into the serene, secure character of SHOGUN, you know it has been made with love and meticulous attention.
No less attention has been paid to the function of SHOGUN. The design of the shell is with intent volume maximizing. The pulling system utilizes an internal system that we call Infinity™ making it virtually seamless in height adjustment and adaptability for the user. SHOGUN is equipped with specially developed Echolac Whisper8trac™ wheels assuring easy, smooth, and almost silent movement of the case.
